Shipping Information
All deliveries are dispatched as packages through the DHL service, ensuring that each delivery comes with a tracking number for your convenience.
Following order processing, you will receive an email confirmation and payment receipt.
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, with an additional confirmation email sent once your item has been dispatched.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you to provide information. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the shipping of out-of-stock items.
Shipping Costs within Germany
- All shippings within Germany are handled by DHL with a tracking number.
- Free shipping for purchases exceeding – EUR 99.95
- A flat fee of EUR 3.99 will be charged for purchases under EUR 99.95

If the customer does not pick up products ordered for store pickup within 14 calendar days from the store's readiness, Carnault may terminate (cancel) the contract.

Returns Policy
Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To that end, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note that returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. This enables us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to secure the item you desire is to return the original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
